ELAVANEQ
A focused operations system for requests, documents, reviews and follow-ups.
ELAVANEQ is a functional systems demonstration by Merimei Studio — built to show how scattered operational work can become one clear, reliable process.
01 / The problem
Work rarely gets lost because nobody cares.
It gets lost because the information needed to move it forward lives in too many places.
A request starts in email. Documents arrive through WhatsApp. Status is tracked in a spreadsheet. A deadline sits in someone's calendar. A follow-up depends on somebody remembering to send it.
Every case has a clear state, a clear next step and a complete history.
02 / The next step
The system knows what should happen next.
Each request carries its own requirements, owner, target date and workflow state.
ELAVANEQ can identify what is still missing, when a case is ready for review and which actions must be completed before the request can close.

A route that keeps the work visible, from the first request to the final action.
03 / Requirements
Requirements, not just files.
Uploading a document is only part of the job. The system also understands which requirement that document is supposed to satisfy.
If something is missing, ELAVANEQ keeps the case visible, can prepare a scheduled follow-up and records what happened in the activity history.
Requirement mapped
Each upload is attached to the document requirement it satisfies.
Missing stays visible
Open requirements remain part of the case until a person confirms the document.
History stays complete
Receipts, follow-ups and decisions become part of one activity trail.
04 / Document AI
AI where it removes friction.
ELAVANEQ uses document AI for one deliberately narrow task: helping classify uploaded documents and extract useful fields.
The system can suggest a document type, company, reference number and dates — but it does not approve the document or make an operational decision.

AI suggests.
Human confirms.
Live document analysis · Human confirmation required
05 / Operational memory
The system remembers what people shouldn't have to.
Missing-document follow-ups can be scheduled automatically. Deadlines create attention states. Reviews generate the next required actions. Every meaningful change becomes part of the case history.
The automation is intentionally quiet: it handles routine operational memory while people keep control of decisions.
06 / Management view
Management sees where work is moving — and where it isn't.
ELAVANEQ turns live case data into a management overview and downloadable reports covering completion, workflow stages, overdue work, follow-ups and current exceptions.
A quieter way to see the operation.
PDF + CSV reporting.

07 / What it holds
A focused system around the work.
Custom systems
A workflow designed around a specific operational process rather than off-the-shelf software conventions.
Automation
Follow-ups, deadlines, attention states and workflow actions triggered by real conditions.
Documents
Requirements, uploads, validation and private temporary file handling.
Applied AI
Real document classification and extraction with mandatory human confirmation.
Reporting
Live operational summaries with PDF and CSV output.
System architecture
Isolated workspaces, persistent data, activity history and secure server-side logic.
08 / Underneath
Built as a real system, not a clickable mockup.
ELAVANEQ uses persistent server-side data, isolated demo workspaces, private document storage and real workflow rules.
Multiple visitors can use the demonstration independently without affecting each other's data. Uploaded sample documents remain private to their temporary workspace, and document analysis runs server-side without exposing provider credentials.
The interface is the visible part. The operational logic underneath is what makes it useful.
09 / The point
Your process probably won't look exactly like this.
That's the point.
Merimei designs focused systems around the actual work: the information people need, the decisions they make, the things that should happen automatically and the exceptions that still need human attention.
